Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

We will charge a processing fee for order cancellation. The processing fee is 5% of the order amount, you will get the refunds in 5 business days.

Refunds

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product. Customers should pay for the return fee, the cost includes the shipping fee and re-listing fee (90% of the deal price).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (not including handling time)
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect item.
  • The product has quality problems.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You have opened the box and/or packaging.

Reshipment

Sometimes,  the product is broken( or the package is missing), Please supply full-proof pictures of the broken product, and we will reship the broken package.
